Galvanized steel sheet is to prevent the surface of the steel sheet from corrosion and prolong its service life. A layer of metal zinc is coated on the surface of the steel sheet. This zinc-coated steel sheet is called a galvanized sheet.

Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. The thin steel sheet is immersed in a molten zinc tank to make a thin layer of zinc adhere to its surface.

Alloyed galvanized steel sheet. It is made by hot dip method, but after leaving the tank, it is immediately heated to about 500℃ to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized sheet has good adhesion and weldability of the paint.

Electrogalvanized steel sheet. This galvanized steel sheet made by electroplating has good processability. But the coating is thin and the corrosion resistance is not as good as hot dip galvanized sheet.

Single-sided and double-sided differential galvanized steel sheet. Single-sided galvanized steel sheet has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized steel sheet in terms of welding, painting, anti-rust treatment, processing, etc.

Alloy and composite galvanized steel sheet. It is a steel sheet made of zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead, zinc, etc., alloyed or even composite plated. This type of steel plate has both excellent anti-rust performance and good coating performance; there are also colored galvanized steel plates, printed painted galvanized steel plates, PVC laminated galvanized steel plates, etc. The most commonly used is hot-dip galvanized steel plates.

Q1: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?

A1: Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly.(No need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like Fedex Dhl TNT)Customized samples need to charge sample fee.

Q3: What is the lead time for delivery?
