Properties of coated steel coils
‌Thickness‌: The price of steel coils with thickness ranging from 0.13 to 0.7mm varies greatly. Those with a thickness of 0.13 to 0.16mm have a higher cost due to their larger area.
‌Zinc layer thickness‌: The prices of 20g and 50g zinc layers are significantly different. It is recommended to choose 30g zinc layer to balance cost and protection requirements. ‌
‌Coating type‌: PE polyester coating has high cost performance. PVDF fluorocarbon and HDP high weather resistance coatings have longer service life but higher costs. ‌
‌Packaging method‌: Standard export packaging uses galvanized iron sheets for protection, suitable for long-distance transportation; simple packaging is suitable for short-distance transportation.

Q1: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?

A1: Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly.(No need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like Fedex Dhl TNT)Customized samples need to charge sample fee.
