Product introduction
H-shaped steel is an economical steel with better cross-section mechanical properties developed from the optimization of I-shaped steel. It is named after the cross-section that is the same as the English letter "H". Its characteristics are as follows:
1.Wide flange and large lateral stiffness.
2. Strong bending resistance, about 5%-10% higher than I-shaped steel.
3.The two surfaces of the flange are parallel to each other, making connection, processing and installation simple.
4.Compared with welded I-shaped steel, it has low cost, high precision, small residual stress, no need for expensive welding materials and weld detection, and saves about 30% of the cost of steel structure production.
5.Under the same cross-sectional load, the weight of hot-rolled H-steel structure is 15%-20% lighter than that of traditional steel structure.
6.Compared with concrete structure, hot-rolled H-steel structure can increase the use area by 6%, and the weight of the structure is reduced by 20% to 30%, reducing the internal force of the structural design.
7.H-shaped steel can be processed into T-shaped steel, and honeycomb beams can be combined to form various cross-sectional forms, which greatly meets the needs of engineering design and production.

Q1: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?
A1: Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly.(No need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like Fedex Dhl TNT)Customized samples need to charge sample fee.
Q2: What is the lead time for samples?
A2: 5-7days after get sample fee.
Q3: What is the lead time for delivery?
A3: In general we are able to manufacture orders of a quantity of up to a few thousand items within 15-30days since order of confirmation fixed.
Q4: Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
A4: Yes, And you also have two options as below. (1)Send your label design to us, and we will make them for you and put them on the items. (2)Send your finished labels to us, and we will put them on the items.

A5: Regarding OEM service, general MOQ of each design is 500pcs per color, with best price. For your special request with less MOQ, then can be made sublimation printing direclty.
