Classification and specifications ‌Classification by process‌: ‌Hot-rolled round steel‌: specifications 5.5-25 mm, mostly used to make steel bars, bolts, etc.; ‌Forged round steel‌: suitable for mechanical parts; ‌Cold-drawn round steel‌: diameter can reach 250 mm, often used for precision parts. ‌
Material and use ‌Ordinary carbon steel‌ (such as Q195, Q235, 10#, etc.): ‌Carbon content 0.10%-0.30%, good plasticity, suitable for making mechanical parts and seamless steel pipe billets. ‌
Alloy structural steel‌ (such as 42CrMo4, 40Mn2, etc.): ‌Carbon content 0.38%-2.30%, high strength, suitable for making high-load parts such as drilling tools and gears. ‌

Q1: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?

A1: Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly.(No need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like Fedex Dhl TNT)Customized samples need to charge sample fee.

Q2: What is the lead time for samples?

A2: 5-7days after get sample fee.

Q3: What is the lead time for delivery?

A3: In general we are able to manufacture orders of a quantity of up to a few thousand items within 15-30days since order of confirmation fixed.

Q4: Can I put my own label and logo on the products?

A4: Yes, And you also have two options as below. (1)Send your label design to us, and we will make them for you and put them on the items. (2)Send your finished labels to us, and we will put them on the items.

A5: Regarding OEM service, general MOQ of each design is 500pcs per color, with best price. For your special request with less MOQ, then can be made sublimation printing direclty.
