Color-coated coils are products made of hot-dip galvanized sheet, hot-dip aluminum-zinc sheet, electro-galvanized sheet, etc. as substrates. After surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), one or several layers of organic coatings are applied on the surface, and then baked and cured. It is named after the colored steel coils coated with organic coatings of various colors, and is referred to as color-coated coils.
The color-coated steel strips using hot-dip galvanized steel strips as substrates are protected by a zinc layer. In addition, the organic coating on the zinc layer plays a covering and protective role to prevent the steel strips from rusting. The service life is about 1.5 times longer than that of galvanized strips.
Color-coated coils are lightweight, beautiful, and have good corrosion resistance. They can also be processed directly. The colors are generally divided into gray, sea blue, and brick red. They are mainly used in advertising, construction, home appliance, electrical appliance, furniture, and transportation industries.
The coatings used for color-coated coils select appropriate resins according to different use environments, such as polyester silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, polyvinylidene chloride, etc. Users can choose according to the purpose.

Q1: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?

A1: Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly.(No need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like Fedex Dhl TNT)Customized samples need to charge sample fee.
