Hot-dip galvanized pipe‌.
Process: After removing the iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe by pickling, it is immersed in molten zinc liquid to form an alloy layer. ‌‌
Features: uniform coating, strong adhesion, good corrosion resistance and long service life. ‌‌
Application: widely used in fire protection, electricity, highways and other fields. ‌‌

Cold-dip galvanized pipe‌.

Process: The electroplating process is adopted, the zinc layer is thin and the bonding with the substrate is not firm. ‌‌
Features: poor corrosion resistance, easy to fall off, and has been explicitly prohibited by the Ministry of Construction of China for use in water supply pipes. ‌‌

Q1: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?

A1: Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly.(No need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like Fedex Dhl TNT)Customized samples need to charge sample fee.

Q2: What is the lead time for samples?

A2: 5-7days after get sample fee.

Q3: What is the lead time for delivery?
